You can mail in your device to us from anywhere in the UK to be repaired and returned to you the same day.
Locally you can drop in your device to be repaired usually within the hour whilst you wait or take a wander around the beautiful historical Harbour here at Porthleven with its cafes and unique shops.
Alternatively you can book our Collection / Drop service, we will collect your device from you at a time and place that suits you returning your device repaired and working.
We also provide a comprehensive Home Tech Support Service

WHERE DID IT START?
Tech Direct was founded in Porthleven Cornwall by then owner Jo Hempton in 2017.
With more than 7 years of trained level 3 tech repair certification experience alongside 25 years of customer and e-commerce management experience Tech Direct became firmly established as an industry leader when it comes to iPhone, tablet and laptop repairs in Cornwall gaining a large following on social media and five star reviews for quality repairs and customer service.

To Date
In November 2025 the complete running of Tech Direct was handed over to Sam, Tech Direct head technician.Jo sadly had to give up the business due to battling metastatic cancer since 2022 becoming too unwell to carry on within the business.
This move ensures that the same top quality service continues into the future for the local community and afar with Tech Directs Same Day Mail in repair service.

New for December 2025 Tech Direct has expanded too Repairs Services every Thursday at Pisky Cove Praa Sands this gives easier access to our customers based in The Ashton, Marizion & Penzance areas. Situated directly across from the U4 bus stop & free parking. There's a cracking cafe next door, oh and let's not forget Praa Sands beach it can actually turn your broken tech into a nice day out!
